These Terms govern your use of this website (the "Site"), an informational page about the Pons Index ($PONS100) token on Robinhood Chain. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational only

The Site provides general information about PONS100 and its holder distributions. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Consult a qualified professional before making any decision.

No wallet connection

The Site never asks you to connect a wallet, sign a message, approve a transaction or enter a seed phrase or private key. Any site, account or person asking you to do so in our name is not us.

Risks

Memecoins and other digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose all of the value you put in. Holder distributions depend on trading activity, network conditions and third party services, and are not guaranteed in amount, frequency or timing. The coins distributed are issued by third parties and carry their own risks. Smart contracts and blockchains can fail or be exploited.

Third party services

PONS100 trades on the pons launchpad and runs on Robinhood Chain. The Site links to third party services such as ponsfamily.com, Blockscout and X. We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content or their availability.

Eligibility

You are responsible for making sure that holding or trading PONS100 is lawful where you live. Do not use the Site if doing so would violate any law that applies to you.

No warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Live activity data is shown as received and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify onchain.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of PONS100 and the Site are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, the token or any third party service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
